This time a roadtrip going north of Metro. The destination, Anawangin Cove located at San Antonio, Zambales.
An extended celebration for the 2nd year Anniversary of our flickr group, FlickristasIndios. Anawangin Cove is a 4hr drive (by bus) from Manila and a 30-45 minute bangka (small boat) ride from Barangay Pundaquit of San Antonio.
As listed in our itinerary, we are supposed to visit all the islands nearby the Anawangin Cove specially the Capones Island which the old Lighthouse can be located, but due to strong waves and our bangka can't docked along the shore, we and including the boatman (captain of the boat) decided not to go along what is originally planned. So not to spoil the side tripping, the boatman spotted a calm and manageable way to dock on shore on the other side of the Capones Island. We stepped on Capones Island for about 30mins just to take some shots.
Lasty to our final destination, Anawangin Cove. Not so much words for it but I still can express the experience in our own terms as "Hardcore", "The waves are Awesome" & "Punk not Death".
